my friend zoe chambers from katie

I’m very sorry to be saying this but my friend Zoe chambers has passed away on
Saturday at the age of 2,she was at home in hull with her mummy and daddy and
brother and the angels took her to heaven,Zoe had her heart transplant 12 months
ago and was doing well,Katie played with Zoe in the clinic at the Freeman’s with her and her mummy Julie
and daddy rob,the chambers family have done many appeals to get as many people to sign up to
the donor register and had done so well with the mirrors appeal “one in a million”.
My heart and thoughts are with them and you can send them prayers and messages on
gonetoosoon.co.uk just put the name zoe chambers,or you can put them on the comments bellow
and we will pass them to julie.Katie will miss zoe and we are so upset,love to you all “chambers family”
