Biographical Info:	im louise i am 31 years old i have dilated cardiomyopathy and p.e also sleep apnea,i have twin girl aged 3 years 9 months katie has had a heart transplant and lauren has medication like me for heart failure. im fun,caring,love family and being mummy and i also love helping people and being a good friend.
